Blood Donation Camp
Gitm hosted a BLOOD DONATION CAMP in association with Rotatory Blood Bank on 23rd Feb,10.
Many staff members and Students from Gurgaon Group of Institutions(GITM,GCE,GCEW) actively participated in the blood donation camp.The donors were rewarded with certificates.
Asked from one of the donor about his experience, Ninder said " It was a noble experience and I am happy for those who donated their blood and pity for those who wanted but couldn't (medical reasons)".

GITM provides its hostel residents with excellent services and facilities. Living on campus is not only a comfortable experience for the students, but it also gives them an opportunity to use the other facilities at Institute such as the library and computer center gym sports etc. It has separate hostel residents with excellent service and facilities. The boy’s hostel has the capacity of 260 students on double sharing and triple sharing basis and girls hostel has capacity of 150 students on double sharing basis. The campus hostel is surrounded by lush green lawns and play fields. Library and computer facilities are provided in the college campus till late hours to facilitate hostel students and students staying nearby. Hygienic and quality food prepared by professionally qualified cooks is provided to the students in the hostel canteen / mess. The hostel is provided b y a full power backup. |

MANAGEMENT
The College is being managed and run by a group of experienced professionals under the dynamic leadership of Er Ranjan Aggarwal (Chairman), Shri Vijay Gupta (Vice Chairman), and Er G.K.Sethi (Secretary) who have been monitoring two other premier Technical Institutions in Haryana since 1998 namely Haryana College of Technology & Management, Kaithal and N.C. College of Engineering, Panipat.

PLACEMENT
The career planning and development division is headed by the Head Career Planning and Development Division. CPDD provides active support in placing the students in industries for Summer Internship for their placement.
Group Discussion, Mock Interviews Seminars and Industrial Visits are conducted regularly. This gives an excellent exposure to students helping them understand the needs of the industry and also aiding them in their placement.
The Placement Cell is making all efforts to ensure Placement and “We sure that our students will meet and complete the industry requirements.”

ADDMISSIONS
Haryana State Counseling Society conducts entrance test, if any, for making admission and conducts online counseling for various admissions. The society is the nodal agency for carrying out online paperless admissions to various AICTE approved technical courses in Haryana. (www.hscs.org)
Admission to B.Tech programmes shall be made on the intense-merit and of AIEEE to be conducted by the CBSE and for MBA course on the merit of highest score obtained by a candidate in MAT conducted by AIMA.
